Design electrical power and control systems for drum washing/crushing machines and tunnels for custom operations. Perform electrical engineering design, analysis, calculations (load, voltage, amperage) for electrical motors, pumps, and VFDs, sensors, meters. Design machine/panel schematics, P&IDs, layouts, on AutoCAD electrical and Solidworks electrical design software. Program and troubleshoot PLCs and related software.
Program drives and servo drives within the system and integrate with proper communication protocol. Requires a Degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering. Permanent U.S. work authorization required.
